Alaska on track to be first state to allow toking in pot shops

Alaska is on track to become the first state in the nation to allow on-site consumption in pot shops. "I think that we would be doing a disservice to the public if we did not have cannabis cafes," said Marijuana Control Board member Brandon Emmett of Fairbanks.
