One of Colorado's largest chains of marijuana stores on Wednesday laid off 65 employees -- or 45 percent of the Strainwise-branded company's total workforce, owner Shawn Phillips confirmed exclusively to The Cannabist. Phillips called the cuts "drastic" but "temporary" in a letter he wrote to employees this week.
